Abstract:
Individuals with high career search self efficacy (CSSE) will have efficacy to perform career exploration activities. The purpose of this experimental research was to obtain the effectiveness of career planning program in increasing participant’s CSSE. Participants of this study were 39 fresh graduate bachelors and were classified into experimental and control group. This research used untreated control group with pre-test and post-test experimental design. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance mix. The result showed that career planning program is effective to increase CSSE (F=37,243, p<0,05) and more active in career exploration. Implications of these findings for research, practice, and education were discussed.
