Our History
Our origins began in the late 1980s when it became apparent that many scholars, academics and practitioners were becoming frustrated with the limited outlets for their work. Some academic publishers were tightly controlled by the higher education sector while others were administered by narrowly focused cliques.We offer writing outlets, both through trade/professional book and academic journal publication. We located the base of our operation from Toronto to South Florida in 2006, and after a significant expansion in 2008 and have continued to move forward with our mission of offering the most responsive publishing services in the industry. We pride ourselves on representing authors from every regionally accredited university in the world and will never discriminate based on university affiliation. We strictly adhere to double-blind review standards. All of our advisory board members have terminal degrees and all have published in various peer reviewed academic outlets.North American Business Press
